- OUR STORY
“WI-SET-WI-SO” is derived from the Thai word Wiset, meaning “royal chef.”
In the past, chefs who served within the royal palace were known as Wiset. The name also incorporates Wiso, meaning “beautiful” or “elegant.”

- CHEF
Chef Poom – Jakkaphum Boonyakom
is a Thai cuisine specialist and the Grand Prize winner in the Thai Fine Dining category at Chef Fest Thailand, organized by the Tourism Authority of Thailand. The competition is dedicated to discovering and celebrating Thailand’s finest chefs.
He was also a contestant on Top Chef Thailand Season 2 and has served as a judge on various culinary programs. Chef Poom crafts every dish with meticulous care and is widely recognized for his ability to elevate Thai cuisine onto the global stage.
