Traveling to WI-SET-WI-SO

* To ensure the best experience, we encourage all of our guests to arrive on time.
* Since traffic in Bangkok is unpredictable, please allow yourself sufficient time to get to the restaurant.
* We hold tables up to 15 minutes after the reservation time, the restaurant reserves the right to release the table beyond this time.
Please contact the restaurant in case of delay.
* The total course time is approximately 2.30 – 3.00 hours.

Food Restrictions and Allergies

To ensure a smooth dining experience, please let us know your dietary requirements at least 24 hours before your reservation.
All dietary requirements notified within 24 hours or less may not be accommodated.

Corkage Policy

Guests are welcome to bring their own beverages, subject to the following corkage fees:

* Wine: THB 2,000++ per bottle
* Spirits / Liquors: THB 3,000++ per bottle (including appropriate accompaniments and professional beverage service)

Children

We welcome children aged 11 and above to enjoy the full WI-SET-WI-SO Tasting Menu.

Special Occasions

* Please let us know if you are celebrating a special occasion with us.
* For birthday celebrations, we can provide a special dessert with a candle for the birthday guest free of charge with early notice.

Dress Code

Although we do not have a strict dress code, we request guests to dress appropriately to ensure a pleasant dining experience for everyone.

Deposit

To secure a reservation, a deposit of THB 2,000 per guest is required. Deposits are non-transferable, and any approved refunds will be subject to a 7% VAT deduction in accordance with applicable government regulations.

Cancellation & No-Show

* Cancellations, amendments, or rescheduling requests made more than 48 hours prior to the scheduled reservation time are strictly non-refundable.
However, reservations may be amended or rescheduled with a minimum of 48 hours’ notice, and the new reservation must take place within 90 days of the original booking date.
* Cancellations made within 48 hours of the reservation time, or in the event of a no-show, will result in full forfeiture of the deposit.
The restaurant reserves the right to charge the full menu price per guest, exclusive of taxes and service charges.

Parking Lot

* If you are traveling by car and using GPS to reach WI-SET-WI-SO Restaurant, please note that parking availability is limited and can accommodate up to 8 cars. We recommend using our valet parking service and shuttle transfer:
* Shuttle Service: We provide a shuttle service to and from WI-SET-WI-SO Restaurant. Upon arrival at the parking location, please call us at 098-919-2244.
Kindly allow 5–10 minutes for the shuttle to arrive, depending on traffic conditions.
* Please note that the parking facility is independently operated and not owned by the restaurant. Parking fees are charged at THB XX per hour.
